Package Your Items
Ensure that coffee equipment or accessories are in their original packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Back to Us
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that roasted coffee beans are final sale for safety reasons.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
